Our stringent freelancer screening process ensures we onboard only the best. As marketers ourselves, we seek proven experts with passion and drive. We only accept individuals we’d personally want to work with and learn from.

STEP ONE
Recruit Top Performers
We actively monitor Facebook groups, forums, and LinkedIn, post job descriptions, and seek referrals to find the best freelance marketers. Top freelancers can also apply directly to join our network.
STEP TWO
In-Depth Skill Review
We evaluate each marketer’s professional experience, client feedback, and work samples to gauge their expertise and knowledge of best practices. Most freelancers also complete a skill-specific assessment.
STEP THREE
Video Interview
Our final layer of screening is a video interview that evaluates communication skills, critical thinking, and professionalism If all criteria are met, the freelancer becomes part of our community
STEP FOUR
Test Projects
For certain roles, we assign test projects as a final step. These projects simulate real-world scenarios, allowing candidates to demonstrate their competence, thoroughness, professionalism, and integrity over 1-3 weeks
